LEED & Green

TriMark Gill Group has two LEED AP accredited professionals on staff. The continuing education through the GBCI and LEED programs helps us partner with general contractors and owners to provide a more complete project designed to meet today's green initiatives. Current LEED projects include Barrett Hospital, Iris Campus, San Jose State University, South Placer Adult Correctional, Sutter Medical Center and Camp Withycombe.

Northrop Grumman Headquarters

TriMark Gill Group’s Eastern Region has partnered with Hitt Contracting, Vision Builders and Cini Little to support the relocation of Northrop Grumman’s corporate headquarters to the Washington, DC area. This $1.0 million project includes a new servery, dish area and coffee bar and is slated for a fast paced turnaround, opening in the summer of 2011.

San Jose State University

Having just finished the BYU Idaho project TriMark Gill Group’s Western Regional office will be working with Porter Khouw Consulting again on the San Jose State University project. The $1.4 million student union expansion and renovation foodservice is slated to install in the spring of 2012.

Parris Island Consolidated Dining Facility

Working on the Design/Build team with Whiting-Turner, Camacho & Associates and Porter Khouw Consulting, the new dining facility for Enlisted Marines will streamline meal service and preparation for thousands of Marines. Onboard since the initial design stages, TriMark Gill Group’s Eastern Region is proud to be a part of this $2.3 million equipment project.

University of Wisconsin, Gordon Commons

After finishing Babcock Hall at the University of Wisconsin, TriMark Gill Group’s Western office will be teaming with J H Findorff & Son (general contractor) again on the Gordon Commons $3.8M foodservice equipment project. Robert Rippe and Associates is the foodservice consultant.
